Accommodation and Our Standard Care

Our care is anything but standard! Instead of us deciding how much activity or interaction each dog should receive, we've separated the standard overnight lodging from our activities. This allows pet owners the freedom to select the right level of activity for their pet and budget. You can stop with our standard care (if eligible) or choose any of our activities and treats.

Dog - Accommodation $27.95-$33.95* per dog per night
Cat - Accommodation $20.49* per cat per night

Multiple pet families with pets who share a suite are eligible for discounts please enquire.

Please note that as of April 1, 2012 we will no longer be offering a low season discount.

Activities, Pampering and Special Care

Of course our standard lodging includes potty breaks, however most pet parents want their pet to enjoy more activity than that. That’s why we offer the opportunity to fully customize each pet's stay. You can organize as much and just the right type of activities you think your pet would like. We have individual activities / pampering sessions and we’ve grouped together some of our most popular offerings with discounts built in. We have activity packages to suit every pet and budget. Deposits and Payment

A nominal deposit is required to secure your pets reservation. If you need to change or cancel a holiday period reservation (School holidays at Christmas & March Break, long weekends and Statutory Holidays), then you must notify us at least 14 days in advance or cancellation fees will apply. Changes or cancellation to a non-holiday period reservation must be made 3 days in advance or cancellation fees will apply.

For your convenience we accept Cash, Debit (interac), Visa and MasterCard. We are unable to accept personal cheques.

Deposits are Non-Refundable, however credits on account can be used for any of our services up to 12 months from issue.

* Pet Gur-r-antee - a standard $6.00 fee is charged to each booking (1 per pet) to provide for our exclusive Pet Care Warranty. Truly worry free, don't worry about unexpected veterinary bills at the end of your stay (some conditions do apply).
