Reception and Front Desk hours for Overnight Guests

Regular Office Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday thru Sunday.

Statutory Holidays

Although we care for all pets, every day, all day, our front office is closed for the following Statutory Holidays: New Years Day, Good Friday, Canada Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Office will remain closed for the AM of Holiday Mondays and re-open at 2pm on the following Stat Holidays: Family Day, Victoria Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving.

We only close the reception early on two days of the year. Our office and therefore check out/in will be unavailable after 2pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
