Bailey loves going to the hotel! It doesn't matter how long he stays, and he's been there for months at a time. Long or short stays, he comes home just the same. There's no adjustment period, he's just happy to have been and happy to be home too. Love Playing at The Hotel

I am very happy to write a review of The Royal Pets Hotel and Spa. My two huskeys, Mischa and Zhor love going for car rides, but they save that extra bit of excitement for the last turn off of Old Barrie road, that means they are going to the hotel.  It's only then that the tap dancing and yips of excitement really start.  I love having such a great place to take them.  I don't even wait anymore to go away, they go just for fun!

Keep Doing the great work you do!

We've tried boarding our Siamese, Celeste, over the years. She always lets us know her displeasure by being very "off" with us for days after our return. Well not this time. Apparently she just wanted a hotel. Whatever you folks did, keep doing it. She came home and was immediately herself. There was no settling in period or more importantly punishing of my husnband and I. We will be travelling more and we will be seeing you ladies again!  Thank You.

Second Home!

If I wasn't so relieved he was being so well cared for, I'd be jealous. He gets more excited seeing his girlfriends (staff) at the hotel than he does when I get home from work.

Special Needs

We have had such a hard time finding somewhere that could or would care for my dog. The only options we could find for a special needs pet (blind diabetic) involved caging. We have used the hotel for Sasha three times now. Wonderful!! "Staff name" and the girls are so knowledgeable and experienced that I have no fears when I'm away, I know she is in very capable hands.  Thank you for taking such great care of my old girl, she deserves all the love and attention I know you give her.

Recommendations to any other dog owners..

As you might recall, my wife and I left our two Yorkies, Regis and Tia Rose in your care.  You noticed that Regis was passing blood in his urine (How did you EVER spot that????) and took him to a vet for a check and anti-biotics.
As soon as we got home, we went to our family vet as suggested.  The vet stopped me short as I was describing what had taken place.  "Its OK she said.  I have three pages of detailed notes from Royal Pets Hotel".  ....My wife and I would like to thank you all for your prompt and professional identification and treatment of Regis' problem. Without your vigilance we would probably not have noticed anything wrong until it was too late. 
 
As I mentioned when we left, should I have a need for boarding services in the future, yours is the first place I will turn to.  It goes without saying that I am happy to recommend you to any other dog owners with a need for your services.
 
Again, my wife and I offer our heartfelt thanks for looking after Regis and Tia Rose so well.

we are happy to report that Regis recovered beautifully from his surgery to remove 3 kidney stones from a previously undiagnosed long-standing issue.
