Prices

Just like a traditional hotel ,one pays for the day they arrive regardless of what time. For billing purposes Check Out is between 9 and 10am, however one may check out at any time during our reception hours. If collecting after 10am then please plan for the extra days charge.

Minimum charge of 2 days for all stays
Christmas Break (school calendar) and March Break are subject to a minimum fee equivalent to a 7 day charge.

Customisation

Customise your pets stay with one of our holiday Packages. Offering a variety of options for play, walks, senior citizens and even accommodating puppies (having completed vaccinations of course). You can choose between an all inclusive rate or individual services. Feline rates are at the bottom of the page (no reflection).

Please enquire about our a la carte menu and other services including spa, grooming and pet taxi.

Daily (repeated as necessary) maid service (increased frequency expected with puppies)
Room service up to three x daily as per your instructions
Care Givers to look after all personal hygiene and toileting needs of your pet (expected to be greater for puppies)
Exercise - 3 dedicated periods a day, usually but not restricted to 2 x free play in leash free area & one leashed trail walk per day
Complimentary bath for stays of 6 nights or more
