In order to allow this team to concentrate on the care of our guests we limit access to the property for the purpose of tours, check-ins or check-outs to the hours our front office staff is available. This ensures that our care providers can continue to focus on pet care uninterrupted. For this reason the gates and doors remain locked out of hours despite the presence of staff. Courtesy Check-out For guests staying two nights or more we offer a courtesy check-out between 9am and 10am, those eligible can check-out before 10am on the day of departure to avoid charges for that day. By 9am our guest has been exercised, fed breakfast, received medications (if required) and had their room and porch cleaned. At 10am the guest will begin the new day's activities and a charge for that day will be applied to your account. After 10am you are welcome to checkout at any time (during our reception hours), recognising that that day will now be charged for. Vaccinations Please note that your dog(s) and/or cat(s) must be fully vaccinated (including Bordatella) and that you must show proof of such vaccinations upon check-in of your pet(s). We reserve the right to refuse service if these or any other requirements are not met.
